How to cancel or manage Hobi Premium
You can manage or cancel Hobi Premium in a few taps. Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so cancelling happens through your store account.
From inside Hobi (easiest)
- Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings gear.
- Tap Premium Member, then Manage subscription.
- On iPhone the subscription sheet opens right in the app. On Android it opens your Google Play subscriptions. Choose Cancel subscription.
Or go straight through your store
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Hobi, then Cancel Subscription.
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Hobi, then Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Switched phones? Use Restore purchase.
Refunds
Because Apple and Google handle billing, refunds go through them. On iPhone request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use your order history in Google Play. If something went wrong on our side, ask us on the r/hobi community and we will help however we can.
