Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Welcome to Hobi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hobi mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Hobi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Hobi grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of Hobi as intended by these Terms.

No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use Hobi. All features are accessible directly on your device without the need for registration.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Hobi offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).

  • Platform Processing: All payments, Subscriptions, and in-app purchases are processed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (the “App Stores”), depending on your device. We do not directly process payments or collect your financial information.
  • Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a Subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: You can manage and cancel your Subscriptions at any time through your account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Because all transactions are handled by the App Stores, Hobi cannot grant refunds directly. Any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies.

3. Acceptable Use

While we do not host user-generated content, you agree not to misuse the App. You agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers and networks used to make the App available.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features or subscription paywalls.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices, including our use of limited analytics and crash reporting tools, are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Hobi, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding any third-party software or components), including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Hobi and its licensors. You may not use our name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hobi disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms and, if necessary, providing a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
