Coming to Hobi from Simkl
Simkl is a solid tracker, and its import accuracy is genuinely good. If you are weighing it against Hobi, here is an honest look at where the two differ.

Where Hobi is different
- Free to use. During the shutdown rush, Simkl limited its TV Time import to paid tiers, which caught a lot of people out mid move. Hobi is free on both stores.
- Native apps on both platforms. Simkl's iOS app has not been actively maintained for years. Hobi is a real native app on iOS and Android.
- Real ratings. Simkl has long gone without episode or season ratings. Hobi tracks them.
- Portable data. Hobi's two-way Trakt sync means your library is never trapped.
