If you've been here before, you'll notice things look a little different. Okay, completely different.
Hobi has always been about one thing: a dark, elegant, genuinely pleasant way to track the TV you love. The app lived up to that. Our old website… did not. It was a single page from another era, and it was long overdue for an upgrade.
What's new
- A design that matches the app. Dark background, the violet-to-pink gradient you know from Hobi's progress bars, and real screenshots of the app front and center.
- A proper features tour. Episode tracking, discovery, countdowns, Trakt sync, notifications and stats, each explained the way we'd explain them to a friend.
- This blog. Guides, tips and product updates will live right here on hobiapp.com from now on.
- A press corner. Journalists and creators can grab the official press kit, logos and screenshots in one click.
Why a blog?
Two reasons. First, we get a lot of the same great questions, how does Trakt sync work, how do people manage five shows at once, what's the best way to use notifications. Answers that don't fit in an app store description belong here.
Second, we love TV. Having a place to write about tracking it well is half the fun.
